After/during the shoot we always review the photos and/or video together with you. And if you’re not happy with something in particular, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Communication is the key. We have a highly skilled team and in most cases, we can solve the problem right away on the spot.
We want you to understand that if a problem arises that we can’t solve during the shoot, we will give you a full refund. No worries. Problem solved.
Your deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked. In the unlikely event we're unavailable on your requested date(s) and can't find a mutually agreeable alternative, we'll promptly issue a full refund of your deposit.
Our entire team feels that one of the keys to our success is great communication on both ends. If you feel like you are not happy and therefore not completely satisfied with the photos we take, and there is nothing that can be done, simply tell us right away so we can work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
